Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for supervising and maintaining various facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants, providing efficient and effective solutions
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks
- Ensure all work is completed according to established standards and procedures

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team of technicians
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management
- Electrical knowledge, including troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and tenants
- Mechanical knowledge, including experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
