MISION DEL PUESTO
Será el responsable de realizar de manera cualificada las funciones de control, realización y supervisión de la operativa y calidad de la cocina en el turno establecido bajo la dirección del Chef Ejecutivo, aplicando en todo momento las normas y prácticas de seguridad e higiene vigentes en la empresa.
FUNCIONES ESENCIALES
FUNCIONES DE APOYO
· Mantener una fluida comunicación con el Chef Ejecutivo.
· Mantener una buena relación con el equipo de sala y departamento de F&B en general.
· Liderar la formación y desarrollo del resto de miembros del equipo de cocina.
. Apoyar al Chef Ejecutivo en la gestión del personal de cocina, planificación según presupuesto,
gestión de vacaciones.
. Diseño de nuevas cartas y conceptos gastronómicos junto con el Chef ejecutivo.
CONOCIMIENTOS Y HABILIDADES DEL PUESTO
· Liderazgo, iniciativa y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
· Capacidad de realizar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
· Precisión, interés por los detalles.
· Dotes organizativas.
