WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Assist the producers in the day-to-day activities. Will be responsible for processing policies, provide service to clients, and support Account Manager and Producers. Property and Casualty License is required. Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty license preferred; Florida 4-40 license is minimum requirement.
  • Check incoming policies, audits and endorsements for accuracy.
  • Update computer system to reflect current coverages.
  • Bill policies, audits, and endorsements.
  • Write to company for corrections to policies, endorsements, audits.
  • Take customer calls for certificates of insurance and changes (car changes, ID cards, etc.)
  • Issue certificates, ID cards, and send out to customer.
  • Issue binders.
  • Issue cancellation requests.
  • Do rating if needed.
  • Check follow-up items and second request outstanding items.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.
WHERE YOU'LL BE LOCATED:
In a secure, quiet location with high speed, reliable internet either remotely and/or in our Florida Office.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TEAM:
  • Customer service experience.
  • Speed and accuracy in all areas.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized
DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Property & Casualty license required
  • 3-5 years P&C commercial insurance and customer service experience preferred
