Job Description

Our Food Prep team is responsible for preparing our savory foods and plating both savory and sweet foods. The day starts by cutting vegetables, portioning meats, and mixing spreads. Once service begins, the Food Prep team assembles finger sandwiches, heats scones and savory pastries, and plates everything onto a 3 tier tray. Depending on which dining room they are working, they may also run food to a server station. At the end of the day, the Food Prep team cleans the kitchen and ensures that the next day can start off on the right track.

We are looking for someone that can work Wednesday through Sunday. Shifts are 9am to 3.30pm on Wednesday and Thursday and 8am to 4.30pm Fridays through Sundays.

You will:

• Cut vegetables and portion meats.
• Assemble finger sandwiches.
• Plate desserts following the specifications of the pastry chef.
• Ensure all food is plated neatly.
• Run food as needed.
• Keep the kitchen clean.

You have:

• An eye for detail.
• Availability to work weekends during daytime hours.
• Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours a day.
• Previous food service experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
