Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. As a Personal Injury Lawyer at The Ledger Law Firm, you will play a pivotal role in representing our clients in a wide range of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, medical malpractice, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Interview clients, witnesses, and medical professionals to gather evidence.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and pleadings.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients throughout the legal process.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in personal injury law and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and achieving favorable outcomes.
