Required Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
7 years of personal injury experience.
Ability to multi-task and handle a high-volume litigation docket.
Superior analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex issues.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
First Chair or Second Chair Trial Experience.
Bilingual.
Job Description
Handle a high-volume litigation docket.
Direct legal decisions throughout all phases of the litigation process.
Understand the applicability of laws and statutes to the potential recovery of each case.
Depose parties facts and expert witnesses.
Draft and argue motions in court.
Work within a fast-paced environment.
Work onsite at our Dallas, Texas office and travel occasionally for trial or pre-trial requirements.
Serve as First or Second Chair in trials.
