Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment processing and collections
- Reconcile customer accounts and proactively address discrepancies
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues and customer inquiries
- Maintain records of customer transactions and engage regularly with clients regarding their accounts
- Play a crucial role in month-end closing activities and contribute to financial reporting
- Assess and recommend improvements to the accounts receivable process, enhancing efficiency and reducing outstanding balances
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or finance
- Showcase exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
