The Marketing Associate is responsible for Face-to-face LSM (Local Store Marketing) by engaging with the community through surrounding businesses and schools to promote clinic grand opening for the The Joint Chiropractic Tomball in Houston, TX. Must also be available Saturdays. *Requires Travel in Houston area*

Marketing Associate Responsibilities

• This is a fun role for people with excellent communication skills who are independent and driven and love talking to people. Bring your motivation and willingness to learn and we will train you to be a field marketing superstar!
• Host table set ups at businesses/schools/events to hand out flyers & goodies
• Achieve partnerships with local business by cross promotions
• Achieve "Text-in" goals to gain sign-ups for New Patients 1st visit FREE chiropractic adjustment! (NO hidden fees)
• Research, contact, and partner with local businesses/schools
• Keep management apprised of all marketing efforts and achievements daily
• This role is all about "pounding the pavement"! Getting out there, shaking hands and building relationships as we promote our new clinic launch!

Marketing Associate Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of face-to-face marketing experience required
• Marketing degree or 2 years related experience required
• 7 years face-to-face customer service experience required
• Professional, proactive demeanor
• Must reside locally / within assigned territory
• Comfortable working independently to achieve results
• Able to work on weekdays and weekends
• Able to drive and walk independently
• Proven interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication skills
