Realty.com is a fast-growing real estate technology company based in Houston, TX. We offer market-exclusive branding and lead-generation partnerships to real estate agents across the United States through our national real estate search portal.

We are seeking a Paid Search and Social Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Google Ads and Google Ads Desktop Editor, Meta for Business, and Google/Excel Sheets. The candidate should be well-written with experience writing persuasive ad copy. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute paid search and social media campaigns

• Write persuasive ad copy and test various ad headlines and descriptions

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize as necessary

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and set goals

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes

• Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in paid search and social media marketing

• Proficiency with Google Ads and Google Ads Desktop Editor, Meta for Business, and Google/Excel Sheets

• Excellent written communication skills and experience writing persuasive ad copy

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not required
