The Jewelry Group (formerly known as Nine West Jewelry Group) is seeking a part time Merchandise Coordinator (20 hours a week) based in Orlando, FL (territory includes various Macy’s, Belk, Kohl’s and JCPenney including Orlando, Kissimmee and Lady Lake). The Merchandise Coordinator will be responsible for servicing the following Jewelry Group brands: Anne Klein, Givenchy, DKNY, Marchesa, Lauren, DKNY, Karl Lagerfeld, Lonna & Lilly, Napier, Nine West, Crown & Ivy, Evie & Emma, You're Invited, ANA, Worthington and Simply Vera (Vera Wang).

The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Ensure all brands are merchandised and presented properly by classification, key trends, and lifestyle
• Organize stock by color, style, and price
• Ensure all promotional and markdown events are executed correctly at store level
• Develop strong relationships in stores with associates and all levels of management
• Communicate trends, product knowledge, and selling information to the stores
• Prioritize developing partnerships with store management in order to negotiate prime locations, additional capacity, and communicate stock call outs
• Report issues and concerns with Regional Manager
• Complete store recaps, time sheets, and expense reports

The qualifications required for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Strong communication skills
• Previous retail and/or merchandising experience preferred
• Ability to multitask
