SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Vice President for Facilities, the Facilities Project Manager will be responsible for the supervision of Capital maintenance Projects in the various sites, obtaining and negotiating bids for such work, supervising contractor performance and managing and coordinating the contractor's work with site leadership. This position will also attend project meetings with or in lieu of the VP for Facilities, reporting on issues and contractor performance. This position will also be responsible for permitting and NYC DOB compliance issues across the organization, maintaining records, attending hearings when necessary, and coordinating annual testing and permitting (e.g. Elevator testing)
