The Inner You Counseling Center is in need of a Clinical Supervisor to join our growing practice in our multiple locations in Rhode Island.

Minimum Qualifications/Education:

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or other mental health related field; and current licensure of LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
• Bilingual applicants preferred but not required

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

• Efficient time-management and multi-tasking skills
• Capable of working both independently and in a group setting
• Exemplary communication skills in both written and verbal form
• Proficient in using computer software
• Previous supervision experience
• Prior experience using an electronic health record preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical assessments and assist with case assignments
• Work closely with Clinical Directors to expand available services within the community
• Assist with interviews for potential new clinical staff and clinical intern candidates
• Provide ongoing supervision with other clinicians and clinical interns including documentation of treatment planning
• Conduct periodic evaluations of work performance through assessment and observation
• Maintain a diverse client caseload including individual and group therapy
• Enrich community partnerships and expansion of services
• Develop and implement trainings to improve client quality of care
• Organize on site education for clinicians/interns to improve clinical practices
• Improve new training modules for clinicians and interns to improve clinical services
• Create an environment that challenges, supports and stimulates each supervisee

We also provide social and emotional support counseling within various school settings in Rhode Island (including public, private, and charter) while collaborating with school support staff to ensure wrap-around care is established and maintained.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $82,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
