We are looking for an individual to provide superior customer service through every guest encounter.

Must like smiling, being helpful, and have a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Give every guest a warm welcome and check them in, ensuring you provide the correct keys and room numbers
• Check guests out when they leave, ensuring an excellent stay and a warm goodbye
• Make guestroom deliveries, keep the front desk clean, and walk the property. Complete other tasks as necessary
• Manage room bookings in person, online, and through incoming calls

Qualifications

• 1 year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Working knowledge of using computers, the internet, and smartphones
• Positive attitude, good customer service skills
• Neatly groomed, fingernails trimmed and maintained, no face or neck tattoos
• Likes to stay up late
