Position Summary:

As a Senior Client Communications Specialist, will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our highly visible retail and restaurant clients. As Senior Client Communications Specialist you will oversee decisions regarding logistic procedures, problem solve, analyze data, drive process improvement and work cross functionally to ensure success within the Client Communications Team.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Be the front-line communication for Imagine.
• Expert in Imagine systems.
•  Create and establish best practices.
•  Lead team meetings and organize workflow.
•  Analyze, manipulate, and transform client data in support of streamlining the ordering process.
•  Improve productivity, and reduce costs, fully participate in business unit’s goals, and to be able to offer solutions against our PNL.
•  Creating a supportive and safe culture in which employees work safely and are supported in a high demanding environment
•  Maintain client accounts and meet purposed deadlines.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service or client facing environment
• 2 years of experience with data analytics in Excel 

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA Degree Preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizations skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, an ability to interpret direction with minimal guidance
• Ability to delegate, and to understand staff’s strengths and training opportunities of each staff member
• Be the voice and help to engage others in a clean and comfortable workspace
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn multiple programs and interfaces such as Symphony, File Maker and other proprietary systems

The national pay range for this role is $45,299.90 - $50,000.00 per year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission, or incentive program.
