Position Summary:

The Director, PMO & Production Management will be responsible for establishing workflow and workstreams for traffic across locations and print display solutions within Imagine Studio.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Studio leadership on Workfront build out, API connection and structure to meet the demands of Imagine Studio location consolidation, traffic, PMO, production management, billing and reporting 
  • Develop, implement, and refine standardized project management methodologies, policies, procedures, tools, and templates for Studio workflow and workstreams 
  • Manage the distribution of projects to appropriate production managers in order to manage the lifecycle of a project throughout Imagine Studio and to the respective locations for premedia/production
  • Plan and maintain oversight of projects to ensure successful delivery 
  • Develop sales support standard operating procedures and client work systems 
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the organization when necessary 
  • Streamline locations through review, documentation and planning 
  • Lead, mentor and develop Production Managers and Production Art teams
  • Utilize data analytics to derive insights for informed decision-making, optimizing program performance and resource allocation. 
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across organization, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with goals 
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary. 
  • Drive a sense of urgency and accountability relative to project performance and key milestones 
  • Continuously assess and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Conduct regular project reviews and audits to assess compliance with project management standards and guidelines. 
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, key performance indicators, and other relevant metrics to senior leadership. 

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 7-10 years of project management experience
  • PMP Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop and implement the project management strategy and framework that aligns with Imagine Studio and Imagine’s overall business growth
  • Experience in allocating and managing resources, including staffing, budgets, and scheduling to optimize project outcomes
  • Comfortable service as liaison between project teams, senior management, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Adobe Suite , and project management software and tools. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence change 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions. 
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects from start to finish 

The national pay range for this role is $120,000- $145,000 per year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission, or incentive program. Imagine offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus tuition assistance, caregiver leave, adoption assistance, and employer/partner discounts.
