Position Summary:

The Studio Sales Director is a critical role that will partner with the Imagine Sales Account Executives to bring Imagine Studio to qualified accounts and new business. The Studio Sales Director will be the Imagine Studio subject matter expert on Studio capabilities, driving sales efforts and initiatives in partnership with the sales team.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Ideate with brands and retailers to draw out their creative ideas that Imagine Studio will translate into production-ready concepts to meet all budgetary investment levels 
  • Nurture the client experience spanning across all departments from agency design to production fulfillment then on to distributions/installation services 
  • Understand customer gals, both present and future to help drive sales efforts through effective retail design, production and installation 
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify qualified accounts to bring to Studio 
  • Drive shared success and cross selling wins that benefit the entire enterprise and encourage an environment of collaboration 
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Imagine teams to stay up to date on current trends and manufacturing advantages at Imagine
  • Position Imagine Studio as a best-in-class partner for design work through networking, industry events and thought leadership articles 
  • Promote paths for conscientious manufacturing as well as introducing the closed-loop concept into environmentally focused brands 
  • Build meaningful relationships with Imagine Studio clientele to create excitement and ideation, all moving toward the goal of production and fulfillment 

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 10 years of experience in sales

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
  • Experience developing and executing sales plans

Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to influence sales strategies
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales software
  • Negotiation & problem-solving skills

The national pay range for this role is $150,000- $170,000 per year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission, or incentive program. Imagine offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus tuition assistance, caregiver leave, adoption assistance, and employer/partner discounts.
