The Human Resource Connection (HRC, Ltd.) is a Reno based HR consulting firm serving clients in the Northern Nevada and Northern California area for 20 years.

We are adding to our team and are seeking a full-time HR Administrator that will play a crucial role in supporting the HR functions of our clients and our team. The HR Administrator is responsible for managing various administrative tasks within the Human Resources departments of our clients’ organizations to include: recruitment support, benefits management, leave administration, new hire processing, out-processing employees, employee records maintenance and other administrative support as needed. In addition, they will provide assistance with employee relations situations as needed. This position is the glue of our team!

The ideal qualified candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • At least two (2) years of human resources experience, required
  • At least one (2) year of general office experience, required, preferably in HR
  • HR certificated (through SHRM or HRCI), strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
