The American Trucking Associations (ATA), the nation’s leading trade and lobby association representing the trucking industry, is actively seeking a professional and collaborative HR Generalist.
The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting our HR team and business objectives working closely with departments and functional areas to provide consultation, recommendations, and solutions on a variety of organizational issues. This includes executing administrative recruiting activities, assisting with HR functional areas such as onboarding and offboarding, benefits and payroll administration, and ensuring compliance.
The HR Generalist is a hybrid position, requiring in-office attendance at ATA headquarters at least 3 days per week, including Mondays and Tuesdays.
