Responsibilities

• Ensuring that dishware, silverware, glassware, and cookware are all properly washed, stacked, and stored
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment within the dish tank
• Maintains trash cans throughout shift by removing full trashcans and placing in the dumpster area of the restaurant
• Confirm the dish machine is properly functioning on a regular basis
• Regulating sanitary procedures are in accordance with federal, state, and local food safety standards

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) and lift up to 50lbs
• Effective time management skills with the ability to implement them in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
