Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator

Our growing Healthcare Services Company is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our finance team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts Payable and a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains software.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, employee expenses, and vendor payments in a timely manner
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of vendor data in the system
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts payable records
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
