The Henri is Hiring a Private Events Coordinator Near Washington, DC

The Henri is looking for an energetic & innovative event coordinator to join our team.

This key position will help a multi-talented team with the Events and the Marketing Departments.

Main responsibilities are to assist the events director with the day-to-day duties of the events department including but not limited to:  Respond to new inquiries through TripleSeat and Events Email

    • Keep contact with current customers for new events
    • Respond to new inquiries through TripleSeat and Events Email
    • Source new leads for Private Dining and Catering
    • Oversee account once the lead is closed and booked
      • Reach out to secure menu selections
      • Set up requirements/special needs
      • Create BEO
    • Print needs
      • Menus
      • Name cards (if requested)
    • Reconcile bill and BEO post event and close out tripleseat
    • Site Visits
    • Quarterly Rewards
    • Menu Updates
      • Update packages seasonally
      • Update TripleSeat
