Position: Banquet Beverage Coordinator

Department: Banquets

Primary Responsibilities: (guest interaction, ordering responsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.)

· Count Inventory, fill BEOs, post orders to computer

· Track inventory making note of items to be ordered

· Receive trucks, unload and place into stock using stock rotation procedures

· Keep work area neat and clean at all times

· Work well with internal and external customers

· Working knowledge of OPERA and inventory systems

· Run reports from Net Vu Point

Secondary Responsibilities:

Past Work Experience Requirements: (Type of work, number of years required, equivalent experience, etc.)

· Warehouse inventory, retail or related field preferred

Educational Requirements: (Degree/Certification, highest required/preferred, field of study)

· High School Diploma or G.E.D. Communication Skills Requirements: (Verbal: phone, in-person, group; Written: memos, documents)

· Good telephone etiquette and good writing skills

· Ability to interact with internal and external customers efficiently and respectfully

Technical Requirements:

· Aptitude for Math

· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with keyboard and typing

· Calculator knowledge

· Able to use a forklift or be able to be trained to use one

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
