·Facilitatean environment of teamwork and communication with all departments within theresort

·Collaboratewith the Chef to maintain extensive food knowledge of all staff

·Collaboratewith the Beverage Dept/Sommelier to maintain extensive beverage knowledge ofall staff

·Maintaina daily discipline of inspecting service consistency and behaviors to thedesired standard

·Utilizea guest-first approach towards setting operational objectives

·Create and hold accountable ahighly motivated and productive management team

·Maintain management stature asa leader in the competitive set of restaurants

SecondaryResponsibilities:

·Complete administrative dutiesincluding payroll, scheduling, daily correspondence, budget adherence

·Understand and communicatefinancial objectives and results

·Effectively respond to guest andstaff needs

·Delegate efficiently toAssistant Dining Room Manager

EducationalRequirements:
