However, in unusual or sensitive claim situations where the Claims Services Department requests the assistance of the Sales Executive, the Sales Executive should work with the insured and/or the insurance carrier. The Sales Executive also assists in evaluating trends and identifying ways loss performance can improve.
  7. Collection of Premiums: The Sales Executive has the ultimate responsibility for the collection of premiums on an account.
  8. Additional Services: The Graham Company may request the Sales Executive’s services in connection with assignments not directly related to the job of the Sales Executive. Such occasional assignments (e.g., acting as an insurance company liaison) are construed to be for the general good of the agency.
  9. Pursue a program for personal and professional development and maintain appropriate state licenses.
