Responsibilities


  • Process customer policy change requests, premium payments, update account information & Provide Insurance quotes based on needs of the client.
  • Handle claim calls from customers and follow-up.
  • Understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements while maintaining knowledge of new products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

Requirements


  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is required (Sign On Bonus if Licensed in Property & Casualty, if not Licensed you will be reimbursed)
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills and work as a team and independently.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
