Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests, premium payments, update account information & Provide Insurance quotes based on needs of the client.
- Handle claim calls from customers and follow-up.
- Understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements while maintaining knowledge of new products.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required (Sign On Bonus if Licensed in Property & Casualty, if not Licensed you will be reimbursed)
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills and work as a team and independently.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
