The Fundworks LLC is Hiring a Remote Business Development Director

Company Overview

The Fundworks, LLC is a provider of alternative financing to small businesses and merchants. We focus on both healthy and challenged companies. We are looking for the right individual to join our team, who is ready to learn and use their skills and experience to add value to our ever-growing company.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for all duties as it relates to management and oversight of the Business Development team
• Responsible for hiring, firing and discipline of all members on the Business Development team
• Responsible for all general duties and operations of the company’s business development division and the day-to-day management of company’s clients
• Responsible for all communication with internal staff and client representatives that bring merchants to the company
• Directing work internally for purposes of bringing merchants to the company
• Responsible for understanding company guidelines for advancing funds to merchants, along with management of metrics and stipulations that qualify merchants, including approval of funds for merchants and decision-making related to the management of metrics and communications to brokers
• Performance of duties with respect to the management of company clients/brokers
• Responsible for advising and/or consulting all company clients on guidelines, SOPs, processes and eligibility
• Responsible to negotiate, analyze and produce revised negotiated offers for final review
• Responsible for using independent judgment and discretion in analyzing all offers and making recommendations as to acceptance of those offers
• Responsible for using independent judgment and discretion in the onboarding and restricting (hiring/firing clients) of any brokers assigned to them
• Responsible for the hiring and firing of any brokers in their portfolio and the day-to-day management of those brokers
• Responsible for any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • minimum 2 years management experience required in MCA industry

Compensation

  • Base Pay plus Commission
