POSITION SUMMARY:
The Front Office Manager is responsible for the operation of the front office, including customer interface; day to day management of the DaySmart point of sale payment, registration, and reconciliation functions; and general office administration duties. This position has primary responsibility for presenting a strong customer service orientation and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Work Environment:
This position works in a professional ice hockey practice facility, where the noise level is generally high, crowd traffic is heavy, and temperatures are often cold; lights are bright or dark with occasional exposure to flashing lights.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a Full-Time position. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
