From our state-of-the-art Long Island City facility and satellite locations across all five boroughs of New York City, we continue our pioneering tradition of providing New York Citys underserved populations with the consistent, respectful healthcare New Yorkers expect from their personal family physicians. We provide primary medical, dental, and mental healthcare as well as health education and counseling. Our bilingual and culturally competent clinical teams ensure that each patient is accurately assessed and treated with dignity and compassion.
