Department: IT Operations, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO)
SUMMARY
This position maintains all Church owned computer equipment including data center, desktop, public kiosk and all peripherals. Responsibilities include the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems and peripherals. This individual will assist other staff members in researching, analyzing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues that arise daily.

This position has regular contact with Employees of the Church including employees of the Church, members of the Technology Services Group, and vendors, including Dell, Apple,.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience
An Associate's degree, and 5-7 years of systems experience are required.
Knowledge/Skills
This individual should be able to work in a fast paced, client service oriented environment, be self motivated, and have good oral and written communication skills.
Technology Skills
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) skills are required. Comp TIA A certification (Hardware and Software), Dell, Apple, and Hewlett Packard certifications are required. Advanced PC and Server troubleshooting skills are required. A thorough knowledge of computer operating systems and computer networking technologies is required.
Work Environment
This position regularly works in an office environment. Travel to offsite vendor sites and to remote Church locations is required. As an exempt employee, this position will be required to work in excess of a normal work week (37.5 hours) as required.
Physical
Occasional lifting of up to 80 pounds is required.
Engagement with Christian Science
Membership in The Mother Church preferred.
