THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE AS OUR DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY RELATIONS
As our Director of Community Relations, you'll find yourself at the nexus of impact and innovation. You'll navigate a Monday through Friday schedule between 9 AM and 5 PM, with occasional flexibility for events and community needs. Your role goes beyond the conventional, encompassing the coordination of special events, development of community outreach programs, and meticulous management of both a closed community newsletter and a public newsletter showcasing events and opportunities. Picture yourself as the architect of community engagement, creating and executing strategies that positively influence the community. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for neighboring businesses, institutions, and communities, embodying the spirit of The Fedcap Group and amplifying its vision within the local community. Your ability to organize internal and external community outreach programs, respond to community inquiries, and build cross-functional relationships within the company will be the driving force behind our shared success.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in operations, business, public affairs, public speaking, and creative/technical writing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus!
