Job Summary

Responsible for executing and facilitating successful daily operational needs of retail a location based on ownership and upper-level management direction. Provides Inventory analysis and regular merchandising support at location. Maintains working knowledge of marijuana laws and communicates necessary rules and regulations to customers.

Job Duties

Assist direct and supervise retail staff at retail location to ensure they meet set objectives

Work directly with upper management to ensure company policies and procedures are maintained at store location.

Assist with training to retail employees to develop their skills and enhance their job performance

Ensure all closing numbers are accurate and balanced for entire team

Implement strategies for increased profits

Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at store location

Develop policies for the merchandising of goods in retail stores

Prepare and distribute marketing material

Mentor and motivate sales staff to put in their best in order to achieve financial goals Communicate with other team members

Assist in establishing programing to drive high performance sales

Provide clear communications with employees and leadership team.

Maintain regular and punctual attendance

Comply with all company policies and procedures

Assist in as needed with all additional departments needs

Qualifications

High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED). REQUIRED

MUST possess a Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division badge

MUST be at least 21 years of age

• At least (1) year of Cannabis Industry Experience. REQUIRED
• At least (2) year of Leadership Experience. REQUIRED

Experience in customer service REQUIRED

Valid Driver license REQUIRED

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred.

· Ability to act responsibly and professionally in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Physical Environment

The position performs indoors.
The position constantly requires the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; a stationary stance for long periods of time and moving about behind a reception desk; and the operation of computers and office equipment.
The position frequently requires ability to move items up to 25 lbs.
The position occasionally requires ability to move items up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.75 per hour
