The Employee Connect is Hiring a Sales administrator Near Kansas, MO

Summary : The SalesAdministrator will collaborate with Application Engineers RegionalSales Managers and Sales personnel to enhance the sales process byproducing accurate and timely salesproposals.

TimeUtilization : This position involves occasional travel (up to 5%)and requires flexibility within normal business hours (8 : 00 am to5 : 00 pm) to accommodate team and customerschedules.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities :

Translate technical specificationsinto customized quotations for customers.

Determine pricing terms conditions and upsellingopportunities.

Coordinate with internal teamsand suppliers to ensure accurate proposals.

Update CRM database with sales pipelineinformation.

Collaborate with ApplicationEngineers and parent company sales / order department asneeded.

Oversee proposal process from creationto handoff to Order Fulfillment.

Participate indepartment meetings and contribute to quote systemdevelopment.

Continuously selfassess technicalknowledge and seek training asneeded.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in business or technical field plus two years ofsales administration experience or equivalent.

Experience with project estimating CRM and SAPpreferred.

Ability to understandtechnical / mechanical concepts and interpret drawings isadvantageous.

Skills andAbilities :

Proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications (Word Excel PowerPoint) and working knowledge of ERPand CRM systems.

Strong mathematical skills forcalculations and basic algebra / geometryconcepts.

Excellent communication skills bothwritten and verbal.

Ability to effectivelymanage time prioritize tasks and workindependently.

Valid drivers license and abilityto travel as required.

Work Environment andPhysical Demands :

Work environment involvesoccasional exposure to moving mechanical parts with moderate noiselevels.

Physical demands include lifting up to10 pounds sitting for extended periods and occasional standingwalking or stooping.

SupervisorResponsibilities : This position does not involve supervisoryresponsibilities.
