Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Real Estate Agent. The ideal candidate will be passionate about pursuing a career in real estate and driven to succeed in a competitive industry. This position offers the opportunity for growth, mentorship, and the potential to become a top producer in our industry.

Duties:

• Prospect and cultivate leads to build a client portfolio, including cold-calling.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about local real estate trends.
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members and industry professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Continuously educate oneself on real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, exceeding their expectations at every stage of the process.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to personal and professional growth.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid real estate license in the state of Virginia or be in pursuit to obtain one.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work 5-6 days per week.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to pursuing real estate as a full-time career.
• No fear of the phone or talking to strangers . . . We talk to people for a living :)
