We are looking for an individual with residential real estate paralegal/processor experience.

THE ROLE

Supports our attorneys and business goals by performing a variety of duties, including:

• Communicating with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and municipalities to obtain information for closings
• Processing and transmitting completed documentation to lenders
• Meeting with clients and real estate professionals
• Coordinating with attorneys to conduct real estate transactions quickly and accurately to provide an exceptional experience for the client

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of residential real estate closing experience
• Completes work and solves problems by utilizing training, tools, reports, knowledge, and analytical skill
• Performs job duties while maintaining excellent customer service
• Type at a fast and accurate pace
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite
• Pro-active, take initiative, and excellent follow-through skills
• Ability to work on multiple deadline-driven tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled with technology and the ability to work paperless
• The ability to follow directions is essential
• Ability to convey information effectively, patiently, and accurately both verbally and written
• Professional manner and appearance
• Team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
