Dupuy Group is currently looking to hire an IT Support Specialist for their New Orleans office.
What You Will Be Working On
This role will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating technology related issues. This role will also support existing IT staff in solving problems and completing project work.
- Provide IT assistance to staff and customers
- Consult with IT staff and other departments as required
- Training end-users on software functionality
- Monitor hardware, software, and system performance metrics
- Document IT processes and perform diagnostic tests
- Create and edit reports for users
- Keep inventory of hardware and equipment
What Are The Qualifications
- High school diploma required; certification as IT Technician will be an advantage
- Basic level IT skills
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a multi-faceted role where day to day activities may vary significantly
- Willingness to learn on the job
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
