DPI Staffing (The DPI Group) has a current opening for an innovative and driven Branch Manager to join our Boise, Idaho location. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your five or more years’ fast paced-industry staffing management experience to an established, dynamic, and growing organization. The Branch Manager grows the branch revenue, customer base, and market share, develops performance metrics for staff, and drives results through leadership, training, and development.
Some of the things you’ll be doing:

• Manage Branch to achieve department sales goals, optimize efficiencies and profitability
• Develop and nurture relationships with community partners to foster improved employment opportunities for those they serve
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities that match our core areas of business with both private and public sector customers
• Lead, develop and manage staff to ensure superior service and support as needed with sourcing, screening, onboarding, and placing candidates
• Ensure branch compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as company policies
• Resolve billing issues and pursue payment of outstanding invoices
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by continually seeking methods of improvement
• Travel within the local area to check in, and address any concerns, with current customers, establish new customers, and develop/nurture community partnerships

We are seeking an individual with at least five years' recent staffing management experience in a fast-paced environment. Compensation includes a base salary of $60,000 - $70,000 plus commission along with a comprehensive benefits package.
