We are seeking a talented Leasing Consultant with prior leasing experience for a 235-unit residential apartment community located in Hyattsville, MD (North Pointe).

Applicant will be responsible for :

• Maintaining a professional demeanor
• Marketing / Outreach
• Leasing apartments
• Property tours
• Resident retention
• Renewing contracts
• Data Entry
• Assisting with day-to-day operations

We are looking for someone with strong customer service and superior leasing skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellent closing skills be able to work weekends and some evening building events.

Yardi experience is preferred.
