Salary: $17-19 per hour

If so, Donaldson, a leader in the multi-family property management industry, has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Leasing Consultant! We are seeking a talented Leasing Consultant with prior leasing experience for a 235-unit residential apartment community located in Hyattsville, MD (North Pointe).

Applicant will be responsible for:

Delivering exceptional customer service
Maintaining a professional demeanor
Marketing/ Outreach
Leasing apartments
Property tours
Resident retention
Renewing contracts
Data Entry
Assisting with day-to-day operations

We are looking for someone with strong customer service and superior leasing skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellent closing skills be able to work weekends and some evening building events. Yardi experience is preferred. Bilingual (English/ Spanish) required.
