Apartment Maintenance Service Manager

Salary: $36.00 - $39.00 per hour

Donaldson, a leader in the multi-family property management industry, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional to join our team as a full-time Maintenance Service Manager of a 219-unit senior living, residential apartment community located in Gaithersburg, MD (Kentlands Manor). Candidate must have management experience and be skilled at carpentry, appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.

A minimum of three (3) years experience in apartment maintenance is required. Will be responsible for overseeing contractors, managing inventory control, and handling all aspects of day-to-day operations. Must have strong supervisory and organizational skills. The ability to multitask and maintain a professional appearance are a must. Must be able to cover on-call emergencies. Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is preferred.
