Salary: $18-20 per hour plus commissions

Are you customer-focused, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, Donaldson, a leader in the multi-family property management industry, has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Leasing Consultant! We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant with at least 1 year of prior leasing experience for two residential apartment complexes located in Portsmouth, VA (Sterling King/ Crawford House).

Applicant will be responsible for:

Delivering exceptional customer service
Maintaining a professional demeanor
Marketing/ Outreach
Leasing apartments
Property tours
Resident retention
Renewing contracts
Data Entry
Assisting with day-to-day operations

We are looking for someone with strong customer service and superior leasing skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellent closing skills be able to work weekends and some evening building events. Yardi experience is preferred.
