With consistent 5 star reviews, this practice needs a motivated team player to maintain their already excellent reputation. We are looking for an exceptional candidate to manage the practice operations to ensure continued success. The Operations Manager plays an integral role in keeping the team aligned and the office running smoothly. This position manages the front office systems and workflow and is also responsible for administration and team management.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree (preferred but not required)

• Office/Operations Management experience

• Extensive dental and practice management software experience

• Deep knowledge of KPIs, budgeting and practice goals

• Personable and friendly

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Emotional intelligence and manner while assessing performance of employees/performance standards, implementing change, ensuring accountability, and rewarding achievement

• Strong leadership and customer service skills

• Knowledge of principles and practices of practice planning and management sufficient to manage, direct, and coordinate the operation of a team of 20

• Skilled in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve practice objectives

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Ensure schedule optimization

• Monitor systems daily

• Modify and develop new systems as needed through team collaboration

• Supervise payment plans, credit card submission, insurance submission, and coordination of insurance. The practice doesn’t accept insurance but for the convenience of patients, will collect the payment up front and have the patient reimbursed.

• Ensure daily, monthly, and yearly production and collections goals are achieved

• Oversee charting protocols to ensure they are up to date and HIPAA compliant

• Prepare deposits and payment reconciliation

• Monitor budget for the practice

• Cross-train team members when needed

• Monitor attendance

• Maintain and update the employee manual and personnel files

• Oversee team schedules
