About Curve Dental:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Marketing Operations and Partnership Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of marketing operations, including CRM lead management, event and trade show support, envoy partnership product specialist tasks, and general operations support.

Responsibilities:

CRM Lead Management (50%):

• Oversee the inbound lead process into Curve’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including data entry, organization, maintenance, and reporting.
• Use of spreadsheets to import lead data from events and partners, and the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets for analytics.
• Implement strategies to optimize timely lead assignment, lead scoring, and lead nurturing processes within the CRM platform.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up processes.

Envoy Partnership Product Specialist (35%):
• Serve as a subject matter expert on our partnership with Envoy partners, providing support and guidance to internal teams and affiliates.
• Collaborate with Envoy partners to optimize the referral program and enhance the partnership experience for users.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating product demos and presentations for prospective partners.
• Provide brief product overviews to affiliate partners.

Event and Trade Show Support (15%):
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and trade shows.
• Coordinate logistics, including travel logistics, booth setup, signage, and promotional materials for small events.
• Provide occasional on-site support during small events to ensure smooth operations and maximize engagement opportunities.

Operations Support (as needed):

• Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in marketing operations, event management, or related roles.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Zoom, Ringlead) and experience with lead management processes.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset and analytical skills to track metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Proficiency in Google Office Suite or Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a collaborative team player.
• Flexibility to travel and provide on-site support during events and trade shows, as needed.

• Basic graphics design and creation is a plus.

This role is located in Alpharetta (Atlanta), GA. While the role can be an occasional work-from-home position for the right candidate, the role will be required to be in the company facility on a regular frequency, which can be determined before the hiring.
