The Cozy Taberna is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Salem, OR

About us

The Cozy Taberna is a social restaurant and concept with a shared plate experience. Offering a taste of Spain’s influence brought to us by our Executive Chef Chris Robertson. Our goal is to create a memorable experience for our guests through food and beverage by expanding and indulging their palate. Located in the unique “Electric Alley” this cozy place will be a memorable experience whether our guests are joining us to celebrate a special occasion or a casual meal with friends.

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our office operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Duties:

The following is a list of standard duties to be fulfilled but is not limited to:

- Virtual Hosting: Answer restaurant phone 3-4 days a week

- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram and possibly other platforms.

- Manage marketing projects for various events

- Assist in organization of physical spaces

- Handle customer inquiries and reservations

Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role

- Strong proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms and digital graphic design programs

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Creative thinking with a passion for social media and marketing

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficiency in project coordination and multitasking

- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor

- Self starter who is responsible and follows through with tasks assigned to them

- Able to follow instructions with minimal direction

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

- Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues promptly and effectively

- Assist in event planning and execution

Pay is $15.00-$22.00 DOE
