Full Time Administrative Assistant for respected wholesale distributor. This position will also be responsible for warehouse duties as well as being back-up with Counter Sales.

Qualifications

Duties include:

• Answering phones
• Invoicing orders
• Taking payments for cash/credit card orders
• Verifying and entering purchase orders
• Entering transfers
• Enter cycle count numbers
• Enter physical inventory counts
• Assist in stocking showroom
• Back-up warehouse associate
• Back-up Counter Sales
