Full Job Description
Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a skilled individual to join our team in managing projects ranging from 1 to 10 million in size. As a Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in communicating with high-level customers, maintaining project documentation, and assisting the Senior Project Manager as needed. If you have commercial electrical experience, excellent people skills, and proficiency in Accubid and Procore, we want to hear from you!

Central Florida Electric was founded in 1990 and has since grown to become one of the leading electrical contractors in Central Florida. With over a century of expertise by our senior management team, CFE draws upon its immense knowledge and expertise to continually meet or exceed our customer's expectations. Stability and financial strength are an integral component of CFE's success, this is demonstrated in our bonding capacity of $50M on a single project and $100M aggregate.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Oversee projects ranging from 1 to 10 million in size, multiple simultaneously
  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with high-level customers, vendors, subcontractors
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date
  • Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to accomplish project tasks
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project success
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality
  • Address any project-related issues or concerns in a timely manner
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure project goals are met
  • Utilize Accubid and Procore software for project management and documentation

The ideal candidate should possess:
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager
  • Strong commercial electrical experience or knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Proficiency in Accubid and Procore software is required
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
