E-Commerce Marketing Manager
to add to our growing team! A successful E-Commerce Marketing Manager will lead and drive results in a fast-paced business. They will be responsible for overseeing the omnichannel presence, including the website and in-store marketing. The E-Commerce Marketing Manager will be a strategic and analytical thinker to drive online traffic results. They will be highly detail oriented, have strong customer service knowledge, and will be a creative thinker consistently curating new ideas.Requirements & Responsibilities:Conceptualize and develop a results-driven ecommerce strategy for customer retention, abandoned cart rates, conversion rates, website engagement, and email campaigns.Plan and execute effective ecommerce marketing campaigns to increase online consumer behavior and sales, and in turn, drive increased traffic to stores.Develop an email campaign cadence to include weekly launch emails, weekly promotion emails, and consumer segmented emails.Review email campaigns weekly for effectiveness, including open rates and click-through rates; determine areas of opportunity for future campaigns.Develop and implement best practices for SEO; including tools for keyword searches, website ranking, implementing backlinks, competitor analysis, and site audits.Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop an ecommerce dashboard reflective of email campaigns and subscriber base, website traffic and engagement, Google analytics and reporting.Partner with the Cultivation, Retail, and Community Outreach departments for new product launches, online product content, and consumer education.Partner with the Creative Content Manager to meet timelines, determine creative concepts, review design elements and copy, and complete website administration.Partner with website development contractor for site maintenance and troubleshooting, continued improvement projects, and weekly ecommerce dashboard reviews.Create and distribute project plans for marketing avenues online and in stores; including industry holidays, grand openings, patient celebrations and education, and new product launches.Support plans with Community and Retail partners to expand brand awareness through increased omnichannel presence; including but not limited to social platforms, community events, local publications and marketing, and loyalty programs.Preserve the integrity of the brand image and consistency of voice across multiple channels to ensure the brand stays top of mind.Maintain agility in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to react to business needs; reprioritizes tasks quickly and effectively.Self-starter, works well independently, manages multiple projects at once.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and is adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsMinimum of 3-5 years' experience in a progressive e-commerce marketing role in a retail goods, cannabis, or similar environment.
Proficiency in e-commerce frameworks: WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Klayvio or similar email platform, Google My Business, Google Analytics.
Ability to create and produce analytical and infographic reporting as required by Leadership
Knowledge of regulated requirements and/or industries, and willingness to work within them.
