As the frontline face of our company, you will play a crucial role in making our clients feel appreciated and valued. We are looking for inquisitive and punctual individuals who thrive in a relaxed yet energetic office environment.

No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide comprehensive training to become a professional, customer-oriented swimming pool expert.

Whether you need to install a brand new pool, renovate an existing one or you need regular repairs and maintenance, you can rely on our team of qualified and experienced technicians to get the work done in the most professional manner.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Manage incoming calls from clients and potential customers-Proactively generate sales leads and opportunities-Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction-Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication-Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers-Handle customer complaints efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accordingly-Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies at all times-Go the extra mile to engage and delight customers with exceptional serviceThe ideal candidate should possess : -High school diploma or equivalent;
