Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. Your primary focus will be on outbound calling and utilizing various lead generation techniques to gather information and generate interest in our products and services. Responsibilities:

• • Research, track, maintain and update leads
• • Make outgoing calls to develop new business, generating new leads organically
• • Contact prospects to qualify leads up to 100 cold calls a day
• • Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
• • Research and maintain lead generation database
• • Conduct customer research
• • Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
• • Participate in the preparation of proposals and/or sales presentations
• • Provide accurate and timely information to management
• • Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technical sales, technology sales, or telemarketing is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to persuade and influence others
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
