The City of Fort Worth Property Management Department is seeking to hire a Real Property Managerin the Real Property Services Division. This position will report to and be co-located at 900 Monroe Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102 and will be subject to relocate to 100 Texas Trail, Fort Worth TX 76102 in June. The Real Property Manager will perform a wide variety of duties including: 1) the acquisition of land rights to facilitate the delivery of the City’s capital improvement projects, 2) maintain and manage the inventory of all City owned property held in trust following tax foreclosure, 3) disposition of real property assets, and 4) provide complex real property related administrative support to the Assistant Property Management Director.
