Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Leasing Agent to join our team. The candidate must have complete end to end knowledge of processing contracts, prospects from various Housing Authorities such as Section 8, DHA, Fort Worth Housing and Tarrant County. As a Leasing Agent/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing property leasing activities and maintaining positive tenant relationships.

Duties:
- Pull prospective residents from Affordable Housing, Housing Authorities including other programs such as Rapid Rehouse, Salvation Army
- Prepare leasing agreements and ensure all contract terms are met within the guidelines in a precise timely manner
- Conduct property tours and inspections with prospective tenants
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional property features or services
- Maintain accurate records of rental payments and lease agreements

Skills:
- Proficiency in property leasing procedures and regulations required by Section 8, HUD and various housing authorities
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices
- Experience with working in a Class C Property
- Exceptional customer service skills to address tenant needs effectively
